Introduction of Bite-Size Meditation/ Scripture Series
Have you heard about people, who have received a miracle of healing as they meditated on a scripture passage?
I have and I will explain more about it later.
Before I do that I like to point out the following facts. Suddenly one morning Jesus put on my heart to start a series of
Meditating on the scriptures means to me to get into the Word of God and to extract revelations out of the word, as the Holy Spirit will guide and reveal the truth. It is a direct living encounter with Jesus through the Holy Spirit. It is described in
Luke 24:32: "Didn’t our hearts burn with the flames of holy passion while we walked beside him? He unveiled for us such profound revelation from the Scriptures!” (TPT)
The disciples not only studied the scriptures, they were also taught the true meaning of the word by Jesus, as He was with them. The above scripture explains that their hearts burned with holy passion when they walked with Jesus on the road to Emmaus! It was not a casual stroll, no not at all! It was a life-altering time. A time of experiencing Jesus and His word, as they felt the glory, holy presence of Jesus in their midst. And get this, Jesus is still doing it with His disciples, as He is Immanuel, God with us! He is still illuminating our hearts and minds by unfolding the Bible to us...
HIS SHEEP FOLLOW HIM, THEY KNOW HIS VOICE AND RECOGNIZE HIS CALL
John 10:2-4 AMP But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep [the protector and provider]. 3 The doorkeeper opens [the gate] for this man, and the sheep hear his voice and pay attention to it. And [knowing that they listen] he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out [to pasture]. 4 When he has brought all his own sheep outside, he walks on ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice and recognize his call.
It's easy when we, as His sheep, recognize His voice and follow His calling for our life. The great Shepherd is always with His sheep and it's normal to encounter our Shepherd in a very close-knit and devoted manner.

BACK TO THE HEALING HAPPENING DURING MEDITATING ON THE SCRIPTURES
I have not forgotten to share about a saint, her name is Marion, who was healed while meditating on a scripture passage. She was reading in:
Acts 10:38 AMP "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with great power; and He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him."
While she was asking Jesus about this passage, she suddenly saw how the devil oppressed people and inflicted them and how this was his evil intend.
Suddenly she saw how God, the Father was with Jesus and anointed Him with the great dunamis power of the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, she saw with her eyes wide open, illuminated to see spiritual things , how Jesus went from place to place, from city to city, doing good and healed all who were inflicted by the devil. Wherever Jesus went people were set free, delivered and made whole!!!
Marion while meditating on the scripture, saw Jesus and explained: "He held out his hand to invite me along, and I walked behind Him, as He went everywhere. Then Jesus turned around and looked at me. This look of His eyes of fire, all of a sudden I was healed from nerve damage in my foot. I had a surgery on my foot and it did not help and the terrible pain continued. But now I encountered this healing power, the power from on high, just like I read in the scripture and I was healed! Hallelujah!
