NOT DISOBEDIENT TO THE HEAVENLY VISION

Acts 26:15-20

15 So I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are

persecuting. 16 But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this

purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have

seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. 17 I will deliver you from the

Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, 18 to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

19 “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, 20 but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance.

I have always enjoyed the above scripture, where Paul was speaking to King Agrippa, actually he was testifying of what the Lord had done for him. Jesus gave him a heavenly vision and Paul was not disobedient to it. Paul had been given a mandate, a divine purpose coupled with much passion and fire. He never just boxed the air in vain, but every blow he issued forth was fitting and deliberate, referring to staying on target with his mandate. He was not ignorant

of satan's devices but recognized and engaged with what was opened up to him in heavenly places. The Lord told him, he was sent to open the peoples' eyes, in order to turn them from

darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus.

VISION OF A GREAT AWAKENING AROUND THE GLOBE

There is a Holy Spirit storm brewing, which will be sweeping across the nations, not for

destruction, but for salvation. I saw the Lord's angel troubling the Mediterranean Sea. It reminded me of the healings, which occurred when the angel came to trouble the waters of the Pool of Bethesda. As soon as someone entered the water after it was troubled, they were healed. A healing revival will be taking the nations around the Mediterranean Sea by storm.

The Lord reveals Himself with signs, wonders and miracles, great signs will be also seen in

the heavens and on the earth.

After sharing this vision with someone living at the Sea, they said the day I had the vision,

they could not enter the sea because it was too troubled. The Lord confirms His word with

signs and wonders!

What seems to be the signs of the time? Troubled lives, and broken relationships, lovers of

self and haters of what is holy. Wars and rumors of wars and failed governments, loss of

lives and massive storms.

But take heart, we serve a kingdom, the Kingdom of Our God, which will never be shaken,

nor disappear. But it is growing and multiplying swiftly. We serve a mighty God, Jesus

Christ, who died and rose again. He gave us His resurrection power. The Apostles were

witnesses to His resurrection as stated in the book of Acts. Even today we can testify and

be a witness to His resurrection power resident in us. (see Ephesians 3:20)

My heavenly vision is to travel to the nations around the Mediterranean Sea, which includes

nations on three continents: Africa, Asia and Europe

Another vision, I had decades ago, was to see Revival Tents throughout Europe and

beyond. The vision is large, and the Lord has been challenging me to think big and He keeps telling me, I need to enlarge my borders even further and to expand my vision!

As I look back, not to live in the past, but to testify of what the Lord has done through this

vehicle, Soaring Eagle Ministries, more than two decades, I rejoice and celebrate Him!

22 Nations in 4 continents and counting....

During this upcoming trip to North Africa, Germany and Paris, France; another nation will

be added and my expectation is to see house groups established in places where there are

none.
